Tahini Greek Yogurt Dip and Dressing

This is an extremely simple, healthy Greek yogurt dip to make. Hearty tahini, fragrant lemon zest, lemon juice, pungent garlic, and a dash of sea salt mixed in with thick Greek yogurt create a complex flavor with such minimal ingredients. Fresh, crunchy vegetables are great for dipping. Instead of buying dip for your next event, whip up this super simple, healthy dip that is so good your guests will be asking you for the recipe. This is also a healthy snack to pack for kids. I ate this at Eumelia, an agro-tourism destination in the Peloponnesus. This recipe is by Marilena Karadima. This was served with fresh swiss chard stalks and it was refreshing. I also like spreading this on toast or on the inside of a sandwich. I hope you love this greek yogurt dip as much as I do!
