Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk: soy, oat or cow's milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup roasted walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except walnuts into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve topped with roasted walnuts.
