The Mediterranean Membership Program provides 3 weekly meal plans, one being an authentic Mediterranean Diet meal plan and two Mediterranean weight loss meal plans (Level 1 and Level 2). Also included are two exclusive authentic recipes from the Mediterranean, plus all other recipes needed for each meal plan. Meal plans include complete shopping list for the week and nutrient information for each recipe. You will also have access to exclusive video content on the Mediterranean Diet, our Facebook support group and Monday through Friday customer support via email.
It is because of all the comments of people who completed our programs and wanted more, that we decided to create the Membership Program. It is perfect for continuing your Mediterranean journey after one of our 10-week programs or beginning your journey, even if you haven’t completed a program.
Yes, all of our recipes include a full nutritional analysis completed by our team of dietitians.
Many people report feeling better after only a few days. But studies show a decreased risk of depression and anxiety after only 2 weeks and a reduction in almost every known preventable disease including diabetes, cancer, heart disease and obesity in just a few months.

You will receive complete weekly meal plans with breakfast, lunch and dinner plus all of the recipes for that week.

You will receive an email each Thursday with the following week’s meal plans, recipes and shopping lists.

You can access the videos from the main page of the Mediterranean Diet Membership Program.

Yes, the Membership Program is compatible with all devices.

If you decide to cancel, you can cancel your membership at any time via the My Account area on MediterraneanLiving.com.  You will continue to have access to the membership program until the next renewal date, but no future renewals will occur.
