Sautéed Tri-Color Peppers with Capers
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 red peppers, cut into long slices
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp capers
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Add red peppers and a pinch of salt. Sauté, stirring occasionally until peppers begin to brown.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute. Add vinegar and capers. Turn off heat. Salt, to taste.
