Brooklyn born chef and sommelier Michaelangelo Wescott started his career at the iconic Green Street Cafe in Northampton, MA. There he learned the art of seasonal and provincial style cooking. For the past 15 years he has built his reputation for fine modern French cuisine as chef and owner of Gypsy Apple Bistro in Shelburne Falls, MA.
