Create a Delicious Herbed Olive Oil/Butter Blend
This is our go-to herbed butter recipe to bring more extra virgin olive oil into our Mediterranean Diet. It comes together really fast and you can make a big batch to last awhile. We love this served with pasta, potatoes or fish. It’s also delicious in (or on) crusty sourdough bread or for use in savory muffin recipes. You can also use it to make oven baked garlic bread.

Herbed Olive Oil/Butter Blend
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh Basil (without stems)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (without stems)
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano (without stems)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Chop garlic in a food processor.
- Add herbs and process until garlic and herbs are close to a puree.
- Add oil and butter. Process until smooth.
- Be sure to refrigerate!
